Meaning:
The Friend of the umA sharing the body,
Lord of nallUr Who belts snake with the 
snake like matted hair falling down, Him,
the servants (devotees) who questfully 
approach and worship the Feet, they would
be joyful at heart and wander to hail (Him).

All the time they have filled with joy. - They are
the selfless servants of Lord shiva.
