Meaning:
For those in (all) the eight directions rejoice, beautiful 
garland and food earlier He gave to chaNDIshar as he
worshipped. If the place He came down is asked,
it is thiruvURal that we emotionally think, that is the place
surrounded by the cool ponds, cloud resting gardens 
and where the Lord, Who ate poison, sit.
